Thanksgiving is just around the corner. How do you change your exercise routine to get ready for the holiday season?
I do extra cardio and add a mile walk every day around the holidays!!!

Walking really helps! The weather is nice right now so its nice to be outside.

i heard that to burn off thanksgiving dinner, you have to run 29 miles....kinda scary! lol

Rebecca that's because the average American is eating 4,500 calories on Thanksgiving!!! When I saw that stat I almost fell off the couch! People graze all day...

I eat 1500 calories a day and run 6 days a week, I do not change it up for the holidays

I have been trying to cut back on food portion and eating less carbs. Plus taking a walk or jog every morning :)

Im doing a 5k thanksgiving morning then will let loose for the day. However - my goal is to listen to my body, no need to over eat - and ill go for the things i want most (instead of it all) - and wine will be part :) - happy holidays!

My exercise routine has suffered since I got back from Tahiti...usually I'm too busy Thanksgiving week to change anything. However, I will be getting in my usualy Wednesday Personal Fitness Trainer workout tomorrow.

We dont have thanks giving in sunny england, so i dont have to worry untill christmas! I did have a thanks giving when i was in florida a few years ago and it was awesome. Xx

Well, I threw a "tantrum" :) this past Saturday about my weight and not being able to get motivated so my husband looked at me, packed up the kids, told me to get in the car and drove me to his friends boxing gym and enrolled me in the co-ed and womens sessions 5 days a week. I think he might have saved me and my sanity ;) I love the workout... its hard, motivating, challenging and fun! (I kind of feel like I am in a movie when I'm there...Its that awesome of an atmosphere). I went to my first session sunday, second tuesday and tomorrow morning I am doing the Thanksgiving Turkey day challenge session - 90 minutes!!! And...I can't wait!
