Points can be used to participate in exclusive events, gain access to discounts and coupons or earn premium rewards.

We keep a running tally of your total points gained. If your point balance went down, it may be because you chose to exchange points for exclusive events or discounts.

The purpose for participating in these activities is to gain points,win prizes and be an active member of Jessica’s community.

Currently, there is no specific timetable for contests. We anticipate having BIG contests on a monthly basis and smaller contests more frequently. The real determining factor will be user engagement. If we see a lot of participation and positive user feedback, we will run more contests.

Yes, every contest has a specific set of rules. Please read carefully before entering.

We will announce the winner according to the rules we’ve outlined for a given contest. As a point of note, please make sure you provide your proper contact information in the account settings section.

Yes. Jessica does use this app. Accordingly, please be thoughtful, courteous, and respectful to everyone.

As this is her app, she does try to read as many posts as possible. However, it’s clearly impossible to read everyone’s posts. As a side note, please refrain from spamming the lounge. Spamming may result in the deletion of your duplicate or redundant posts. Repeat offenders may have their accounts blocked, but we really really don’t want to have to do that.

We have chosen to suspend direct messaging to Jessica as a result of the behavior of certain users. We may re-introduce another way to send fan mail in the future. As you may have already noticed, Jessica frequently responds to posts in the lounge. So, if you want to get a response, try asking her a question directly in a post. Jessica is her own person and we can’t guarantee who she will and will not respond to, but if you ask a thoughtful and respectful question we imagine your chances of getting an answer will be much higher.

At this time, she is not accepting gifts from the website. She feels that there is no better gift than to have you here with her - participating in her community.

Of course. Everyone deserves a second chance! You can delete your posts or your comments at any time.

You cannot currently delete comments that other users have made on your post. We are looking at ways to change that. Until we update that feature, please let us know if someone makes a disparaging remark or comment or simply delete the entire post.

We have a content team on the lookout 24/7 for inappropriate posts. Our guys tend to be pretty spot-on, but occasionally something slips through the cracks. Although there is no formal way to “flag” a post, if you see something that doesn’t look right please let us know.

Please read “terms of use” and “legal statement” documents found here. Above all, use your head. It should be common sense that we will remove anything illegal, defamatory or commercial in nature. Violation of the terms of use may lead to the violator being banned from the community. But, again, we really really don’t want to have to do that.
